Our Team
A high adult:child ratio is essential in providing a good quality childcare and education service. At Crown House Day Nursery we have at least one member of staff to every three children in the baby unit, one member of staff to every four children in the toddler unit and one member of staff to every eight children in the pre-school unit.
All staff hold or are working towards a nationally recognized childcare qualification. The owners have the following qualifications:

Louise Lees is also the SENCO (Special Educational Needs Co-Ordinator) liaising and working with other organizations such as the Worcestershire Early Years Department, Evesham & Worcester Hospitals, local Health Visitors and Social Workers.
